Guiding this mission is leadership grounded in extensive practical experience. Our President of the Board, Nikolay, brings certified expertise as a project manager with a rich background in designing and managing complex international projects, particularly within vocational education and training, including initiatives under Erasmus+. His proven ability in facilitating educational cooperation, fostering public-private partnerships, and strengthening institutional capacity in skills development directly informs CDI’s strategic direction. With specific experience in work-based learning, supporting innovation in VET, and enhancing youth employment services, coupled with certification as an International VET Consultant by the Swiss Federal Institute for VET, his leadership ensures our initiatives are effectively designed and implemented to achieve tangible results in skill-building and opportunity creation.
