The vision for Asociación de Cooperación y Desarrollo Internacional (CDI) stems from direct experience with the complexities of living and working across borders – experiences shared by many navigating life changes in pursuit of opportunity. Witnessing firsthand the socio-economic challenges faced by individuals and communities across Europe, particularly the widening gap and the need for meaningful support, inspired the creation of CDI.

While Europe offers promise, many face hurdles in achieving stability and fulfillment. CDI was established to address these challenges head-on. Our mission is to equip individuals and communities with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to improve their job prospects and overall quality of life. We focus on practical education and training, especially within vocational education, adult learning, and sports, aiming to build a more equitable and sustainable future.

To achieve this, CDI works actively to empower people by enhancing their employability through quality education and training, effectively bridging the gap between learning and professional opportunities. We also support local enterprises, helping them boost competitiveness and contribute to economic vitality.

Furthermore, CDI champions social innovation and promotes the sharing of effective practices across the education and training sectors. Our operations involve developing innovative projects, offering expert consultancy, conducting targeted research and evaluations, and securing funding, all while prioritizing collaboration. CDI actively establishes and sustains partnerships with like-minded organizations and individuals to amplify our collective impact.
