Asociación de Cooperación y Desarrollo Internacional (CDI) was created to respond to real community needs and create better opportunities through education, training, and cooperation.
Our work is shaped by direct experience with the challenges people face when trying to build a better future for themselves: finding work, improving their skills, adapting to change, or simply accessing the right support at the right moment.
We work mainly in education, training, and cooperation. Over time, our focus has grown around vocational education, adult learning, and sport, because these are areas where practical support can make a clear difference. For us, learning is not something abstract. It should help people in their everyday lives, open up opportunities, and strengthen their confidence.
This is why we design and support initiatives that connect learning with real social and economic needs. We work with individuals, organisations, schools, public bodies, and local partners to develop initiative and activities, share knowledge, and create opportunities for growth. We also provide consultancy, carry out research and evaluation, and support the development of ideas that can lead to lasting results.
What matters to us is staying close to reality. We believe in practical work, honest cooperation, and solutions that are useful for the people they are meant to serve. At the centre of CDI is a simple commitment: to contribute, in a concrete way, to stronger skills, better opportunities, and more inclusive communities.
The CDI team
We specialize in creating custom proposals that surpass the standards of EU funding programs like Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, and more. We launch, support, and cultivate pioneering projects in the realms of education, training, youth, and civil society. We encompass the entire project cycle management, from strategy to execution and beyond.
We craft, implement, and administer extensive training and educational schemes for learners, educators, instructors, and business professionals. These programs encompass innovative educational methods across diverse sectors, including education, training, sports, healthcare, youth development, and civil society.
We engage in focused research and assess the impact of educational methodologies, policies, and projects to guide decisions grounded in solid evidence-based analysis.
